Our Team Approach

We all work better working together.  We network with a variety of local professionals including local builders Mark Galbraith, Mantell-Hecathorn Builders, project manager Jim Ketter,  and others. Sarah has been enjoying volunteering with the Durango Discovery Museum assisting with sustainable interior finishes.   

About the owner

Sarah Sumner, founder and owner of Fusion Interiors, has always been passionate about healthy spaces. She has degrees in Business and Nursing and enjoys bringing her varied experiences into her green and sustainable specialty. Sarah received her LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional in March of 2009. 

Sarah has lived in Durango, Colorado for over 30 years. She enjoys being a mom to four daughters, yoga, biking, hiking, river running, organic gardening, and painting.
