Durango Townhome Residence
This residence was built for a retired couple who desired a comfortable and easy to care for home. The green features we incorporated into this design and furnishing package included the following:
~Low voltage and hand crafted light fixtures made in the US
~Wood cabinets made in the US from knotty alder
~Colorado made knotty alder shutters
~Low VOC paints
~Locally made draperies using silk fabric
~Energy efficient sunscreen roller shades made in the US
~Wool area rugs
~The bar stools shown here were made in Illinois
~All of the appliances were Energy Star rated
